At iPrice, Account Management develops long term relationships with strategically important e-Commerce partners in South East Asia in order to bring value and achieve mutually beneficial goals. These partners account for a significant volume of business and hence require attention, effort, time and resources to acquire, grow and retain.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a main point of contact for assigned merchants and partners with the goal to develop know the client, build strong business relationships, resolve any conflicts and grow revenue over time.
- Facilitate discussions and manage output quality by working closely with the cross functional teams (including Account Managers, Integration and Analysts) within iPrice.
- Create clear presentation and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders in a consistent and timely manner.
- Analyze key performance metrics of the merchants assigned to you, identify areas of improvement, prepare strategy for growth and drive long-term retention initiatives.
- Effectively utilize internal tools, performance trackers and resources to deliver operational excellence.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with leadership and Account Management team to develop annual and Termly (4 Month) Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver on strategy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- 1-3 years of work experience in B2B sales, Account Management, relationship management or affiliate marketing in the e-commerce industry
- Diligent, responsible, hard-working, good communication abilities and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
- An excellent team player with prior experience
- Able to work independently with a high degree of initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with impeccable negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel - able to deliver complex analysis and well-structured slides under high time-pressure
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, or media would be an advantage
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization and fluent in English and Bahasa for Indonesian
- Able to work with a broad cross section of both internal and external contacts.
