**Requirements**
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Halal Management, or related disciplines.
- Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in quality control and quality assurance management in the F&B chain industry or restaurants.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverages and OEM manufacturing.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance terminology, implementations, methods, and tools.
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in handling certification audits such as HACCP is preferred.
- Preferable if already have Halal Executive Professional Training and Food Handler's Training Certificate.

**Responsibilities**
- Knowledge (hands-on experience preferable) in Food Certifications such as MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL, both documentation and implementation. Ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Knowledge (hands-on experience preferable) in basic QC Lab Testing including (but not limited to) pH, Brix, Colour, Salinity and moisture analysis. Able to interpret other laboratory results including (but not limited to) Heavy Metal test, Microbiological Test, NIP and Stability Study.
- Knowledge (hands-on experience preferable) in preparation of export documents for exporting purposes.
- Preferable if already have Halal Executive Professional Training and Food Handler's Training Certificate.
- Basic Laboratory Testing on finished goods and raw materials.
- Contact point between company and regulatory bodies, authority, suppliers and other relevant third party personnel.
- Ensure factory is up to standard as per Malaysia's Food Act and Regulations.
- Work closely with management to ensure company is going in a right direction.
- Ensure product labels conform to the requirement by the MOH.
- Conduct internal training for the production workers.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
