Junior Operation Manager

As an Junior Operational Manager in retail fashion at Jannah Noe Empire Sdn Bhd you will lead and oversee the operational aspects of our retail stores, driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall performance of our business. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for fashion retail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Store Operations Management**
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a consistent and high-quality shopping experience.
- Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
**2) Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead and inspire store managers and retail staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent, identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the organization.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and accountability.
**3) Inventory and Merchandising Management**:
- Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement, visual merchandising, and store layout to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor product assortment and sales trends, making data-driven decisions to optimize merchandise mix and drive sales growth.
**4) Customer Experience Enhancement**:
- Champion a customer-centric approach across all retail stores, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, such as loyalty programs, events, and promotions.
**5) Operational Efficiency Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency, reducing costs and maximizing productivity.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across stores to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive operational improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving operational targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current fashion trends.

- Will base at Shah Alam.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
