We are looking for operations executive to work with us under operations department.

Job scope:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.

2. Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

3. Oversees daily production and quality workflow, ensure that the department is running smoothly

4. Manage and delegate the daily tasks within the team members

5. Provide support and assistance to the team members

6. Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

7. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

8. Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

9. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.

10. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely availability of products and services.

11. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

12. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.

13. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, finance, and marketing, to align operations with overall business goals.

14. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to support project initiatives and problem-solving.

15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, innovation, and employee involvement in operational initiatives.

16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement relevant improvements in operations.

17. Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments given by management/Superior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
- Distributed systems: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- driving license (required)

**Location**:

- Skudai (preferred)
