**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for receiving of all incoming goods from suppliers and sub-contractors and verify against PO for quantity and specification.
- Responsible for identification of goods.
- To perform stock check periodically to ensure the accuracy of stock quantity.
- Keep up to date stock records and maintain proficient material by work on the stock safety level.
- Follow up with production Supervisor/Line Leader for outstanding part in production.
- To confirm the record of shipment quantity to Sub-con is correct before sent out.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production closely for raw material needed.
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Ensure inventory transactions' accuracy in YGL System.
- Checking and inspection of all incoming goods which shall in correct quantity, proper packing without any leakage / dented packaging, Shall be informed superior immediately if found any leakage / dented packaging.
- Supervise the activities of subordinates and ensure that they are working in accordance with the store's policies.
- Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least minimum 1 years of working experience in warehouse/store.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English & Mandarin.
- Possess good supervision, analyzing, organization, good communication skill.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Able to work independently with productively.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
