**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Marketing Team in the development and implementation of brand plans and promotions
- Assist with coordination and execution of marketing activities/events (including outside normal working hours, if required)
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing Team and external vendors on coordination of Point Of Sales (POS) and promotional materials
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Team
- Provide ad hoc support to other departments when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Business Development or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in Marketing/Advertising field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Team player and able to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, creative and pro-active
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm)
