Record and track loan tools, tools sent for repair & due calibration.
- Ensure smooth communication with Tool Crib on each transfer and

monitoring.
- Run thru fleet tools on periodic time to ensure good condition and

safe for usage.
- To manage Unserviceable tools and equipment are turned-around in most cost effective and in timely manner
- Coordinate closely with Lion Group on loan/ transfer and notify tool crib on incoming tools.
- Discuss and send daily reports of due calibration/damaged/replacement tools.
- Ensure record of each transaction of tools & equipment are captured accurately thru system.
- Manage, plan and proactively ensure tool movement and whereabouts are traced on daily basic this includes record and track tools send for repair & due for calibration
- Ensure smooth communication with Tool Crib on each transfer and monitoring.
- Coordinate, control and follow up with Lion Group for any

processes and update.
- Discuss and send daily reports on Repair Order, shipping documentation and repair to Tool Management / Line Support Controller.
- Assist Tool Management Coordinator on vendor communication
