**1. Duties and responsibility**
- Provide assistance and consult EON Group of Companies to be in compliance with

Occupational Safety and Health Acts.
- Assist in the regular inspection, safety audits throughout EON Group of companies to ensure

compliance of OSHA, DOE, BOMBA and any relevant bodies or authorities.
- Assist in the incident/accident investigation and report internally to Management

and related government bodies (DOSH, DOE, etc.)
- Provide safety briefing to new employee and contractors, periodic refreshment programme.
- Conduct hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) as and when required.
- Act as focal person with relevant bodies and authorities, implement occupational, safety,

health and environmental programs.
- Assist in the renewal of Fire Fighting Equipment’s, Fire Certificates and Certifications for

(PMA, PMD, PMT) of the Company.
- Assist in inspection to ensure compliance of equipment and facilities of the Company.
- Assist in-house safety, health and environment, and fire drills training.
- Assist to achieve Safety, Health and Environment objective, target and KPI’s.
- Administer legal documentation and monitor all jobs to comply to DOSH, DOE, other

related government bodies in accordance to their legal requirements and standards.
- Support any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**2. Critical Skills**
- Possess Bachelor Degree in any related discipline.
- Knowledgeable in OSH Act, Environmental Management.
- Able to conduct incident/accident investigation, HIRARC, Safety, Health and Environmental workplace audit will be added advantage.
- Certified Yellow Book or related certification in Safety and Health.
- Good written and oral communication both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
