Breda + Roosendal are **non halal** Cafe serving western cuisine and dessert located at **Ipoh Garden East**. We are looking for cafe assistants who possess Barista with coffee latte art background and has the potential to be further develop to senior or supervisory role.

**Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Serve customer by attending to their inquiries, special requests/dietary restrictions. Assist them in selecting menu items, provide appropriate suggestion on additional items like desserts, specials etc.
- Take customers' orders accurately, pay attention to any special requests and ensure its correctly noted.
- Reset tables efficiently for the next customer, ensure tables are set with appropriate tableware and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, service station, and organization of the coffee bar area at all times.
- For Barista - brew & prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Steam, froth milk to create microfoam, and pour latte art when applicable.
- Inventory control (stock and balance) of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow service crew members in ensuring smooth cafe operations.

**Qualifications**:

- School leavers who can do simple coffee latte art (ie.love, tulip) are welcome to apply.
- Can write and understand simple English. Ability to converse in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision. Meticulous with an eye on details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
