Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team and outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as managing and maintaining our online food delivery platforms (Foodpanda & GrabFood). You will also assist with reporting, benchmarking, coordination, and documentation to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Delivery Platform Management (Foodpanda & GrabFood):
Update and manage menus (item names, prices, photos, availability).
Monitor and maintain functionality of Foodpanda & GrabFood devices.
Coordinate with outlet staff for platform-related issues or updates.
Ensure platform performance is optimized and updated with current information and promotions.
2. Benchmarking:
Conduct weekly competitor benchmarking for all outlets and cafes (e.g., price comparisons, promotions, new items).
Prepare benchmarking reports with clear summaries and insights for management.
3. Reports and Documentation:
Compile and submit regular sales, performance, and benchmarking reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for administrative tracking.
Organize and manage digital and physical files (e.g., invoices, agreements, communications).
4. General Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day administrative support (filing, scanning, copying, email communication).
Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy in all reports and records.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and taking meeting notes.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
Monitor office supplies and submit purchase requests when necessary.
- Support to Outlets and Team:
Follow up with outlet staff on tasks or documentation needed.
Assist in maintaining consistency in procedures across all locations.
Support any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Email).
Experience with Foodpanda and GrabFood platforms is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
