We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the Head of Finance by managing daily accounting tasks.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Position : Junior Accountant - Immediate Hiring
Salary : RM2,200 - RM2,500
Hiring Status : Permanent with 3 months probation
Skills required: Proficient in Excel and Words. Good command of language (both English and Bahasa Malaysia) and good analytical skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Strong administration background in HR support processing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting with 1 year experience.
- Working experience in Accounting role is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to achieve daily target.
- Able to start immediately
- Own transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
