**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and manage MEP models using BIM software, primarily Autodesk Revit.
- Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on design specifications and engineering mark-ups.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models to detect and resolve clashes (using tools like Navisworks).
- Generate accurate construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Follow and enforce BIM standards, project templates, and modeling guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams during all project phases, including design development and construction.
- Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Maintain an organized digital model file structure and ensure model accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM and MEP modeling.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP; knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems in building construction (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specs, and design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS 1192).
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit plugins, or scripting for BIM automation.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.92 per month
