a)Mainly responsible for HRDF SBL Khas submission and query. b)Assisting Salesperson in completing HRDF documentations (JD14 and T3 Form) Course Registration in E-Tris system. c) Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. d) Contact clients as well as HRDF to obtain missing information or answer queries. e) Full administrative support in various aspects in sales department. f) Ad hoc task : Handle ePerolehan, other related portal for government & GLC; Sennego, Sistem Tender Online Selangor, UiTM FinEPortal &, etc g) Other ad hoc tasks when requested by HOD/Management
