Sales Clerk Assistant

Call customers to follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and offer support.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery orders using AutoCount software.
- Stock count
- Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Remind customers to settle payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Assist in sales reporting, compiling sales data, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Ensure all documentation is filed properly and complies with company policies.
- Work closely with the accounts department to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
**Preferably can speak English and Malay. Chinese also can.**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
