**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked with products at all times, including timely replenishment of items.
- Prepare and submit a weekly stock report to Headquarters for inventory tracking and planning.
- Update daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to the Finance Department, including daily bank-ins of sales cash.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Showcase and suggest products that best meet the customer's requirements.
- Greet and welcome every customer warmly upon entering the store.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and returns.
- Assist in the receiving, checking, and stocking of new product shipments.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and new arrivals to better assist customers.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in content creation, such as taking photos and videos for promotional use, assisting in live hosting sessions, preparing product displays for campaigns, engaging with customers during promotional events, and coordinating with the marketing team for in-store or online marketing activities.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
