- Fully understand of admin and human resource functions
- Should be highly organized, able to multi-task, confident and posses leadership qualities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
- Appreciates and understands the need with confidentiality in dealing with all HR and Admin issues
- **Knowledge in Employment Act, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act.**:
- **Prefer female with at least 2-year experience in the role of Admin or HR supervisor position.**:
- **Good command of written and spoken Mandarin is a must, English skill is an advantage.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Hiring**
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Host and participate in job fairs
**Records and Performance Monitoring**
- Maintains the employment history of the personnel using the human resource database (201 files).
- Responsible for tracking attendance records including tardiness, annual leave, sick leaves, personal time off, and unauthorized absences.
- Generates and compiles reports concerning personnel-related data such as performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
- Ensures that the personnel of the human resources department perform their administrative duties efficiently.
**Employee Relations and Policy Making**
- Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develops recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
- Oversees the implementation of Company policies, rules, and procedures to all employees.
- Prepares and updates documents such as employee handbooks, job descriptions, employee information, reports, announcements, memos and other relevant data.
**Admin**
- Identifies administrative problems which hinder effective and efficient operations and recommends solutions for it.
- Manages confidential matters and protects crucial information of the company by implementing proper security processes.
- To liaise with government, Labor Office and any other related government body related to licensing & HR issues.
- Responsible for diverse range of administrative and general office support services functions including office supplies, stationery & etc.
