**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment
- To source for potential trainees/applicants from various channels.
- To manage the hiring process, schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
- To participate in job / campus fair.
- Payroll
- Manage and analyze staff working hour from Flex system.
- Update and maintain employees’ details in payroll system.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentations for staff movements.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing for meal allowance and OT payment.
- Verify monthly attendance.
- Training
- Coordinate and organize in-house and public courses
- Update and maintain training documents such as training attendance database, evaluation and course report, skill matrix and etc
- Assist in Audit
- Others
- Enrol new employees and remove resignees in list for Group Insurance Policy and submit insurance claims for employees. Coordinate with agent for insurance reimbursement.
- Assist to implement and maintain HR Policies and Procedures, Strategies and guidelines in line with the Company Business Plan.
- To handle issuance of standard HR letters, document, memorandums and other correspondences.
- To prepare HR related reports accurately and timely manner.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administratives duties as and when required.
