List-ID: 94708360Today 10:50 **Job Description**: - 1. Responsible in day-to-day finance and accounting functions include preparing of payments, monitor receipts. 2. Continuous update of daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds 3. Billing to customers 4. To prepare purchases and sales report to the Management 5. Check and verify all suppliers’ invoices to ensure completeness of supporting documents 6. Perform general accounting data entries into ACCOUNTING system. 7. To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities. 8. Perform Bank reconciliation, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets(full spectrum of accounts) 9. Ensure all accounting related transaction timely and accurate 10. Preparation of management and financial reports. 11. Manage and maintain proper records keeping and filing systems 12. To check for any variances or unusual transactions that will affect the quality of reporting standards. 13. To assist in budgeting and forecasting 14. Work closely with various stakeholders for example liaise with auditors and bankers in ensuring the completion and accuracy of financial reporting while being complied with local tax / audit regulatory 15.
