Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our customers while managing their needs and queries.

**Location: Skudai, Johor Bahru**

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate customer appointments and attend to all customers’ enquiries
- To perform accurate repair estimates for the customers.
- To liaise and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and insurance person-in-charge.
- Communicate efficiently with the aftersales team on the parts availability and repair lead time in order to advise the customer on the promised delivery date.
- To liaise with sub-contractors on repair completion targets within stipulated time frame.
- To achieve budgeted B&P Sales, Intake targets and Customer Satisfaction level.
- To upload all the necessary mandatory documents in the Merimen system.
- To ensure all documents are complete before releasing the vehicle to the customers.
- To do supplementary claims where needed.
- To support all service marketing promotions and campaigns.
- To update the necessary reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Performs any other duties that may be delegated from Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
- Confident, dynamic and highly customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Bahasa Malay (preferred)
