**Position Summary**:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting PetBacker’s growth and operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to define and document requirements for technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct thorough analysis** of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- **Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements** from stakeholders across various departments, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- **Develop a deep understanding of PetBacker’s business model, products, and services** to effectively contribute to strategic initiatives.
- **Create comprehensive documentation**, including process flows, user stories, use cases, and data models to support system development and implementation.
- **Collaborate closely with development teams**, translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with stakeholder needs, and guaranteeing timely delivery of projects to meet deadlines.
- **Support project management activities** by contributing to project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- **Maintain regular communication with stakeholders**, providing timely updates on the progress of business analysis activities and project milestones.

**Core Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.**:

- **Proven experience with 2+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.**:

- **Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.**

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
