**About our group**:
Our team is part of the Operations Quality & Analytics, covering both quality and analytics in substrate manufacturing and supplier processes. We provide Receiving Inspection (RI) support to the operations organization along with support to the Engineering and Purchasing departments. There is excellent opportunity to learn and develop inspection, problem solving, analytical and technical skills. Refine your soft skills while working and communicating with both internal teams and external suppliers.

**About the role - you will**:

- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials per documented procedures
- Perform Qual and Eval lots incoming inspection
- Review and verify supplier LAT, COA and other inspection/test data for incoming materials and chemicals
- Ensure incoming Materials and chemicals are meeting specifications
- Identify and prepare SAH blanks lots for evaluation.
- Prepare weekly samples for chemicals and incoming materials for further lab analysis.
- Arrange samples from Logistic Hub to the production line/lab for measurement and buy-off.
- Liaise with store personnel and materials planner to ensure timely inspection per materials usage
- Update Receiving Inspection (RI) data and information into databases. Maintenance & filing of inspection records for ease of retrieval
- Maintenance of measurement standards
- Maintenance of equipment correlation with Suppliers and equipment's GR&R
- Update procedures and assist Engineers
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies, procedures and sites codes of practices
- This position is based on normal working shift

**About you**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to effectively communicate with internal teams and suppliers
- Able to work with internal team and suppliers
- SPC, Statistics or Six Sigma knowledge will be an added advantage
- Certificate holders with relevant experience / Fresh Diploma holders are welcomed to apply

**Your experience includes**:

- Disk media/substrate incoming inspection and IQA experience is preferred
- Experience in inspection in other manufacturing may be considered
