**HUMAN RESOURCES JOB SCOPES**
1. Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, personnel management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, industrial relations, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration works.
2. Recruitment activities including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
3. Manage employees' movement (new hires, promote, transfer and termination)
4. Attend and handling employee counselling, grievance and disciplinary matters.
5. Manage holiday calendar, staffs' attendance, leave balance, medical record and benefits claims.
6. Preparing an appointment letter, confirmation letter and other HR related confidential letters and update employee profile into payroll system.
7. Assist in the development, review and establishment of company policies and procedures.
8. Execute and implement HR-related activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
9. Act as a HR point of contact between top management and employees for enquiries on company policies and procedures, coordinate the distribution of HR information and updates to the workforce.
10. Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes and other deductions.
11. Up to date and adhere to all pertinent Malaysia Labour Laws and compliance with all the government rules and regulations.
12. Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, IRB, Labour Office and Immigration Department.
13. Support in organizing employee welfare activities such as annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, etc.
14. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Directors from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
