**Responsibilities**
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resources or related degree, or equivalent combination of education
- Experience as approved by executive management; 3+ years of working experience in Human Resources
- Perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above
- Work with senior Human Resource management in a variety of employee relations situations
- Assist in overseeing others in Human Resources and as the Designate in human resource management absence
- Primary focus for monitoring and updating the Affirmative Action Plan, as required
- Address and recommend resolutions to more complex issues involving any of the Human Resource programs (benefits, employee relations, etc.)
- May serve as the Editor for any regular employee communications vehicles
- May oversee/train others in the department or be the designated HR management representative in the absence of that management
