**Tugas Pentadbiran**:

- **Pengurusan Dokumentasi**:

- Menyediakan dan menyusun dokumen, surat-menyurat, invois, atau laporan.
- Mengemaskini sistem rekod dan pangkalan data syarikat.
- Menyimpan fail secara sistematik (fizikal dan digital).
- **Pengurusan Jadual**:

- Menyelaraskan jadual mesyuarat, temu janji, atau acara penting.
- Membantu pengurusan dengan tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian.
- **Urusan Pejabat**:

- Memesan dan menguruskan inventori pejabat (contoh: alat tulis, peralatan).
- Menyediakan dokumen sokongan untuk jabatan lain.
- **Komunikasi Dalaman**:

- Berhubung dengan pembekal atau pihak ketiga untuk keperluan pejabat.
- Membantu dalam pengurusan klaim atau urusan kewangan kecil.

**Tugas Perkhidmatan Pelanggan**:

- **Menjawab Pertanyaan**:

- Mengendalikan panggilan telefon, e-mel, atau mesej daripada pelanggan.
- Memberikan maklumat tentang produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat.
- **Menangani Aduan**:

- Menyelesaikan isu atau aduan pelanggan dengan sopan dan profesional.
- Berhubung dengan jabatan berkaitan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan.
- **Rekod dan Tindak Susulan**:

- Mendokumentasikan isu pelanggan dan memastikan tindak susulan dilakukan.
- Membina hubungan positif dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan.
- **Sokongan Jualan**:

- Membantu dalam pengendalian pesanan atau pembayaran pelanggan.
- Menyokong jabatan jualan dalam aktiviti pemasaran atau promosi.

**Kemahiran yang Diperlukan**:

- **Kemahiran Komunikasi**: Lisan dan bertulis yang baik untuk berurusan dengan pelanggan dan pasukan.
- **Pengurusan Masa**: Keupayaan mengendalikan pelbagai tugas secara cekap.
- **Kemahiran Teknologi**: Penguasaan aplikasi pejabat seperti Microsoft Office atau sistem CRM.
- **Sikap Profesional**: Sikap mesra, sabar, dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan fokus kepada pelanggan.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- Bahasa Inggeris (required)
