**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor progress and quality of work.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Oversee and manage daily operations at construction sites.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Implement health and safety regulations on-site.
- Mentor team members and foster a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee overall site operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management.
- Develop and implement project schedules and work plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with MEP or M&E & CSA is required.
- Working knowledge in the construction field.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
- **Mandatory**:Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in China.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
