**What You'll Do**:

- Supervise all phases of high-rise construction, including foundation, structural works, facade installation, and interior finishes.
- Ensure seamless coordination between civil, structural, and architectural elements.
- Oversee and manage workers, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to resolve on-site challenges and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation for project tracking.
- Enforce compliance with local authority regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Address any site-related issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure smooth workflow.

**Education**:

- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-5 years in high-rise construction or architectural design.
- Hands-on experience with Construction High Rise & Site Supervision is an advantage

**Skills**:
✔ Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
✔ Proficient in design tools like **AutoCAD** and **Revit**.
✔Strong communicator and team player.
✔ Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Quick problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
