- Invoice processing: Review, Verify and process vendor and supplier invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances;
- Vendor & Operations Communication: Liaise with vendors, warehouse staff, and relevant personnel to address payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other account payable matters. Foster and maintain positive supplier relationships;
- Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update accounts payable records in the company’s accounting system;
- Petty Cash Management: Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation;
- Additional Responsibilities: Support the finance department by performing other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers & work closely with team;
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure & fast paced environment to meet the deadline;
- Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local dialects are an added advantage.
