**Job Title: Application Consultant**:
**Department**: Technology Delivery

**Reporting To**: Senior Application Consultant / Team Lead

**Job Summary**:
The **Application Consultant** is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting. This includes **requirement gathering, system setup, user training, UAT facilitation, and troubleshooting technical issues** to ensure seamless client adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead **HRMS implementation**, including **configuration, UAT, and training**.
- Work with clients to **gather requirements** and ensure **successful deployment**.
- Troubleshoot **technical and functional** system issues.
- Collaborate with **development teams** on customization and enhancements.
- Ensure **on-time project delivery** and proper documentation.
- Provide **post-implementation support** and handover to the **Customer Support team**.

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelors Degree** in Computing, IT, or related field.
- ** 5+ years** of experience in **HRMS/ERP implementation**.
- Strong **SQL and Microsoft technologies** knowledge.
- Excellent **problem-solving and communication skills**.

**Preferred**:

- Programming skills in **Python, Java, or JavaScript**.
- Familiarity with **cloud-based HRMS solutions**.
