**Application Support**

**(Petaling Jaya - Dataran Prima)**

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide support services to the client in Microsoft Dynamics Product
- To provide support to consultant in helping them to perform task in relates to the project, such as report and document building, systems setup, data migration and etc.
- To provide support to presales in helping them to develop and demo template.
- To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by Manager
- To perform any other duties that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in IT/Accounting or Equivalent
- Good command of both written and spoken English, able to read and speak Mandarin will be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Discipline, right attitude, honest, initiative, logical thinking and hardworking
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (include an hour for lunch break)

**Reporting Line**

The Application Support will report directly to the Professional Services Manager, but during the project, you may be required to report to the Project Manager / senior in charge.

Below are the job descriptions for the position of Application Support

1. To provide support services to the client

2. To provide consultancy services to the prospect / client

3. Under the supervision of Project Manager, ability to perform the following in relates to the project

a. Product Briefing

b. To conduct requirement study together with the Project Manager

c. To understand customer requirement and represent it in document form

d. To prepare all other necessary documentations in relates to the project such as project sign off document, minutes and etc.

e. To be able to perform systems design and configuration, including report and document design

f. To perform data migration for both master record and transactions

g. To prepare the test script for the User Acceptance Test (UAT)

h. To perform UAT with client

i. To perform systems refinement after the UAT

j. To train end user in administer the systems

4. To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by Manager

5. To be able to do product demonstration as required.

6. To perform any other duties that may arise.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
