We are looking for a dynamic and tenacious Regional Business Expansion Manger to drive our commercial success in Myanmar market. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a network of host country sales partners for our products and services. With high levels of passion and energy, you will thrive on shaping our international expansion strategy for establishing our brands to fulfil the host market demand and expectations. You will be driven to exceed targets, adopting an innovative and resourceful approach to all areas of the role. We’re looking for a naturally collaborative, personable manager, capable of identifying, pursuing and capturing new business opportunities. Finally, you will become the key communicator, negotiator, and decision maker while dealing with the Burmese businesses.
Overall management of the strategic and operational business activity in Myanmar market. Create and implement the international expansion plan to achieve revenue growth targets. Prospect and secure a pipeline of potential host country partners. Network and build trusting relationships with local clients. Analyze the market potential keeping on top of key trends and industry news. Take ownership of the entire business process from first point of contact to final agreement with Myanmar clients. Be responsible for contract management ensuring compliance with host country legal framework, cultural, and ethical expectations. Provide feedback on potential improvement areas, provide ideas and promote cross-departmental collaboration. Manage the on-boarding process and set up company operational processes with partners. Produce quarterly management information report for management’s review. Provide training for local sales team to understand electronic products’ specification. Advice and in-charge of ISO 9001:2015 International Standard Certification.
