Summary:
Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to manage escalated issues and bug fixes.
- Maintain and update knowledge base documentation, standard operating procedures, and FAQs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Provide user training and onboarding support for new or updated systems.
- Record and manage all issues in the IT Service Management System.
- Prioritizes the end-user experience and works proactively to improve usability and minimize disruption.

Job Requirements:

- Open for Malaysian citizen ONLY
- Solid understanding of SQL AND experience querying relational databases **(MUST)**:

- Preferably with Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident/change/problem management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working without comprehensive documentation or predefined procedures.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
