About the Role

The incumbent will be the Lead Business System Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product Manager for Agency Distribution for AIO Sales, Lead and Portal Servicing streams.
- As a Lead Business System Analyst, the incumbent will lead the existing team and guide and assist them with Discovery Workshops, Requirement Gathering User Story Management, Product backlog Tracking, UAT Strategy and Planning, Test Case Review and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and with quality.
- The incumbent will also facilitate Working in Agile environment, User Requirement / User Story documentation, UAT and implementation of sophisticated requirements.
- Demonstrated ability and expertise in gathering, analyzing, and detailing complex business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
- Effectively lead team members and provide continuous mentorship to scale up team capabilities.
- Work with hands-on approach to ensure various business needs and related technology support are met and aligned with overall objective of meeting.

Job Requirements:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Postgraduate in Management, Business, or related areas.

**Experience**:

- Experience in both Core & Digital Projects environment: You must have experience in complex implementations of core / digital projects with deep understanding of challenges and expectation management of such environment.
- SDLC: Possesses end-to-end understanding of Agile/ SDLC and related processes with direct execution of various phases of SDLC/ product lifecycle.

Certifications/ licenses:

- LOMA [good to have].

Special Skills:

- Advance expertise in MS Excel, Basic SQL and Presentation skills.
