Service Admin

Providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
- Attending to telephone and walk-in enquiries on services and parts.
- To coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer/end-user requests and resolve issue promptly.
- To maintain records, including work orders, client's unit, courier and store records.
- To receive and distribute customer’s unit to respective Authorized Service Centre.
- To correspondence with clients about repair status and collection.
- To conduct customer service survey and any activities that supporting Departmental KPIs.
- To administrate new e-Warranty Registration (including assigned free tuning service to ASCs).
- To assign free tuning services to the appropriate ASCs based on location & availability.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Qualification: minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
- Proficient in working with all the programs in Microsoft Office is required.
- 5 working days per week.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
