Admin Customer Service Assistant

ATM Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is leading supplier for copiers, having been in operations for more than 30 years is seeking an **ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT**to focus on new business development and the expansion of client relationship. We are an authorized dealer for photocopiers, consumables and spare parts, providing copier rental, sales and services for brand new photocopier. Besides that, providing maintenance and repair refurbished photocopier machines.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage of incoming calls
- To handle general duties i.e. filing, attend to phone calls and enquiries
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To prepare monthly parts and machine stock report
- To generate Sales Order, Delivery Order and Invoice on customer orders, and to perform all other duties as assigned from time to time.
- To prepare reports for month end
- To perform all other duties as assigned from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required;
- SQL
- MICROSOFT OFFICE
- Able to join immediately
- Must Have Own Transport
5 DAYS WORK (MON - FRIDAY)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
