**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with hands-on knowledge of operating load banks and generators (gensets). This role oversees site electrical activities, ensures safe and efficient operation of temporary and permanent power systems, and supports commissioning and testing works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of gensets and load banks on project sites.
- Perform load testing of generators using load banks, ensuring performance meets specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor electrical teams and subcontractors for temporary and permanent power setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generator and load bank operation.
- Interpret and implement electrical drawings, testing plans, and project specifications.
- Conduct pre-start inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance routines.
- Prepare daily reports on load testing activities, faults, rectifications, and generator performance.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures, electrical codes, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and integration of gensets into site systems.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience operating and maintaining load banks and diesel/gas generators.
- Strong understanding of power generation systems, load testing procedures, and electrical distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, load schedules, and test procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Electrical Chargeman or Electrical Worker certification [if applicable to country].
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

**Working Conditions**:

- Site-based work environment, including industrial or remote project locations.
- May involve shift work, travel, and overtime based on project demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
