**Job Description**:

- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Proficiently attends to customer service request, ranging from simple to more complex queries and sets appropriate solutions to address the raised service requests.
- Handling customer enquiries via social Medias, WhatsApp and calls and products promotion.
- Liaise with customers and manage daily online orders.
- Assist customers for order exchange, return and refund.
- Manage good relationship and follow up with existing customers.
- Reply customers friendly and responsively.
- Able to reply customers on rest day.
- Ensure all orders being shipped on time and accurately.
- Review and provide feedback for the improvement of all the e-commerce channels and related parties constantly.
- Coordinate all product and promotional activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information into e-commerce platform management system.
- Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaign (promo codes, gift with purchase, product bundling, online campaigns, etc) across all E-Commerce platforms.

**Knowledge &Skills**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal English.
- Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be a strong added advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
