Admin Account Assistant

Keep track of incoming and outgoing client transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digitally and in physical files.
- Support the Sales Team by managing records, assisting in report preparation, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reports for month-end closing.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the HR Manager.
- Assist in general admin and accounting duties as required.

- Have experience in **admin and accounts** (Fresh grads are welcome too)
- Can speak **fluent Malay and English**:
- Expert in **Microsoft Excel - especially with complex formulas and data handling**:
- Confident in **using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)**:
- A fast learner, detail-oriented, and someone who writes down everything to stay organized
- Knows Excel formulas, and how to work efficiently across platforms like Word and Google Sheets
