Account Executive

Handle full set of accounts.
- Generate sales invoice & delivery order.
- Update customer payment.
- Prepare and process vendor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, Fixed Assets schedule.
- Maintain and update all accounting records.
- Review and process director’s expenses claims.
- Handle petty cash administration.
- Maintain proper filling for all financial documents.
- Prepare Yearly Financial Statements (Profit and Loss accounts, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and General Ledger) for Year-End Audit.
- Liase with co. secretary, external auditor and banker
Requirement
- With 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- Experience with accounting system
- Proficient in Word, Excel.
- Verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
