Account & HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for account book keeping;
- To ensure the issuance of invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are performed and filed in good manner;
- Responsible to follow up on overdue customer payments;
- Assist in coordination with external tax/audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purpose;
- Update and generate monthly financial reports for management review;
- Assist in monthly payroll and claims;
- Assist in HR relevant work, leave and attendance, annual reviews and events, to assist on recruitment and staff discipline matters, etc.
- In-charge of administrative related work; and
- Undertake any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the management.
**Remuneration Package**
Qualification & experience-based RM 2,000 to RM 3,000 + performance bonus + outpatient medical claim
**Requirements**:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, willing to work longer hour, complete all accounting relevant tasks on daily basis and ensure tally account closing whenever necessary
- Well versed in accounting software is an added advantage
- Sensitive to numbers, value precision, good interpersonal skill, responsible, honest and hardworking
- Self-motivated, positive and strong analytical skills
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
