**Tugas dan Tanggungjawab**:
- Membantu dalam membangunkan dan melaksanakan dasar dan prosedur syarikat
- Memberi bantuan dalam mengendalikan dan menyelenggara rekod pekerja dan dokumentasi HR yang tepat dan terkini terutama yang berkaitan dengan undang-undang dan polisi
- Membantu ahli Jabatan HR dan pekerja dalam sesi pendidikan dan Latihan yang berkaitan jika perlu serta menyediakan laporan aktivit jika ada
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini dokumen berkaitan dengan dasar standard, faedah, proses pengambilan pekerja, dsb.
- Ikuti perkembangan terkini tentang undang-undang dan peraturan HR
- Menyokong audit dan penyiasatan mengikut keperluan bagi memastikan ia memenuhi keperluan pematuhan
- Mengemaskini sebarang perubahan dalam undang-undang dan peraturan persekutuan dan negeri yang menjejaskan HR
- Membantu dalam pembangunan dan pelaksanaan program latihan serta menyediakan laporan mengenai aktiviti pematuhan HR jika ada
- Memantau pematuhan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkaitan dengan aspek HR, memastikan semua aktiviti jabatan selaras dengannya
**Kelayakan**
- Pengalaman yang terbukti sebagai pembantu HR/jawatan sumber manusia/pentadbiran yang berkaitan
- Berpengetahuan mendalam dalam bidang undang-undang pekerja dan lain-lain
- Berpengetahuan tentang proses sumber manusia secara menyeluruh lebih digalakkan memohon
- Keupayaan tinggi dalam menggunakan MS Office (MS Excel dan MS Powerpoint, khususnya)
- Keupayaan untuk mengendalikan data dengan kerahsiaan
- Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang cemerlang
- Dip/BSc/BA dalam Sumber Manusia atau bidang yang berkaitan
- Freshgrad dialu-alukan untuk membuat permohonan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
