**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ServiceNow services (implementation, customization, integration, support, and licensing).
- Manage the full sales cycle - lead generation, proposal development, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with pre-sales consultants and delivery teams to scope solutions and ensure successful project handoffs.
- Keep updated on ServiceNow offerings, ITSM trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in selling ServiceNow solutions or other enterprise IT platforms.
- Solid understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in an IT services environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.

**Additional Details**:

- Work Location: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Permanent position
- Salary: RM 4,500 - RM 8,000 (MId level - Senior level)

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- ServiceNow: 3 years (preferred)
