Sales Coordinator Customer Support

**JOB SUMMARY**
a)Involves supporting the Marketing Team/CRE team in handling client inquiries regarding services, maintaining records, providing customer service, and telemarketing support for appointment setting with new clients. This position requires a blend of sales coordination and customer support to ensure effective communication and client relationship management.
RESPONSIBILITY:
I.Assist the Marketing Team/CRE team in generating and organizing leads (e-Kehakiman) for follow-up, identifying potential leads, and expanding the client base.
II.Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding SMR services, offering accurate information and guiding them through the process.
III.Collaborate with the marketing team/CRE to create and distribute promotional materials and content related to SMR services.
IV.Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and appointments in the CRM system (PORTAL).
V.Support the preparation of Monthly HOD reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
VI.Act as a liaison between clients (Firms) and internal departments (Client Coordinators & other relevant departments) to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
VII.Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing follow-up support.
VIII.Offer telemarketing support for fixing appointments with new firms for CRE to meet.
IX.Carry out any ad hoc duties instructed by superiors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
