Manage and improve workflow by using automation.
- Plan and coordinate Graphic Design and Copywriting activities.
- Handle risk, complaints, and feedback to enhance processes.
- Assist SVC team management by determining staff needs for Graphic Design and Copywriting based on Markets/Brands.
- Develop daily capacity plans for the SVC Graphics team and reconcile differences with the monthly plan from the global capacity planning team.
- Collaborate with local site operations and the global capacity planning team to analyze historical data and forecast Graphic design demand.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance using Key Performance Indicators.
- Build a strong relationship with the SVC team to ensure smooth execution of Graphic Designers' capacity plans and provide education on workflow management.
- Offer optimal workflow and capacity planning solutions for upcoming initiatives and new service launches related to Graphic efforts.
- Brainstorm with OBM on graphic concepts and mock-ups, ensuring adherence to Brand Guidelines and effectiveness.
- Support clients during Business As Usual (BAU), Campaign, and Mega Days periods.
- Share best practices and learnings across divisions/platforms.
- Translate requests into campaign briefs for Variable team execution, including Graphic designers and copywriters.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree with over 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Leader/Manager in technology/data projects or Digital Marketing projects.
- Understanding of Graphic Designing, Copywriting, and data flow in the eCommerce domain.
- Proficiency in tools necessary for Graphic Designing and Copywriting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc., including their requirements, product content/data specifications, and Designing Specifications.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the E-commerce domain.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to work independently with clients.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools, specifically JIRA.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
