**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of the photovoltaic EPC market in Malaysia and Singapore, including collecting, organizing, and reporting on local policies and market information.
- Drive PV project development and expansion by conducting feasibility studies (technical and economic) and proposing investment, construction, or management solutions. Negotiate business terms to facilitate successful project implementation.
- Manage the sales of key components for overseas PV power plants, conduct market analysis, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role with 3-5 years of team management potential.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with excellent English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading skills) and fluency in Chinese. Knowledge of Malay is a plus.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical automation, renewable energy, international trade, or marketing.
- Familiarity with early-stage development processes for power station projects and project management principles.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market, especially with existing project resources, is highly desirable.

**Location**: Flexible (with a focus on Malaysia and Singapore markets).

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
