**工作简介 Job Description**

**综述 General**
- 保持服务速度和质量、工作流程和楼层布局等；Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts;
- 有较强的合作意识和安全意识；Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness;
- 能够根据标准作业程序（SOP）或履行任何临时职责；Be able to perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
- 拥有餐饮专业知识为优；Specialized in F&B is advantageous;
- 保持店面的卫生和清洁标准。Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.

**收银员 Cashier**
- 處理現金(包括外幣)及信用卡交易； Handle cash (including foreign currency) and credit card transactions;
- 處理優惠折扣交易； Handle preferential discount transactions;
- 處理每日埋數/關帳程序； Processing daily closing procedure;
- 具有會計基礎知識。 Have basic knowledge of accounting.
- 接待客人，点餐和饮料；Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders;
- 在用餐区注意客人的需求；Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area;
- 确保厨房工作人员正确点餐，并为客人提供标准的食物；Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests;
