**Requirements**
- No work experienced required, as training will be provided.
- Knowledge and experience in Hotel industry is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in rotated shift.
- Able to work overtime, weekends and public holiday.
- Able to work double shift at times.
- Deliver the basic standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.(Guest Relations).
- Maintain positive guests and colleagues interation with good working relationships.
- Personally and frequently verify that guest are receiving the best possible service during check in and check out (Cashiering)
- Familiar with all Hotel's products and services.
- Answering incoming calls and redirect the calls to appropriate staff or guest rooms.
- Handle room bookings via phone, walk-ins and Online Travel Agent and Golden Roof Website.
- Other administrative duties in nature as require from time to time.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English is a must. Other language is and advantage.
- Must be confident, matured, presentable with pleasant personality, honest, responsible, optimistic and willingness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
