Working shift: 8:30pm-8:30am (9 working hours)
- Serve North America market
- Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticketing inquiries, and other travel-related concerns.
- Process reservations or support work relating to airline programme/related products
- Accurately document interactions and ensure compliance with airline policies and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Advise on latest promotions
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

**Requirement**:

- Preferable at least 6 months of working experience in the aviation or airline field and experience night shift are required for this position.
- Flawless verbal communication skills in Mandarin language is essential. Average in English is acceptable.
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
- Skilled and eloquent in writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
