Assist in drop point day to day operation, this includes track and monitor parcel movement and handle problematic parcels
- Ensure standard operation procedures set by Company are followed by drop point a
- Conduct regular visitation or inspections to drop point
- Manage and feedback to customer complaints within timeframe
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly related reports to management
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent problem solving skills and communications skills
- Innovative, self-motivated, and proactive in work
- Able to work in pressured and fast pace environment
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
- Own Transportation and willing to travel
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
