**About The Role**

The Social Media Coordinator will be part of our Client Servicing team that works closely with the Account Manager to support and execute ongoing social media content writing, blog writing, brand content generation for our clients in the English-speaking markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc). The role is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring 2-3 client’s social media campaigns across English media channels, including but not limited to:

- Social Media Account Management
- Brand Content Strategy
- Content Copywriting (Caption & Creative Design)
- Influencers / Content Creators Management
- In-house and Client EDM Strategy & Execution

**Duties and Responsibility**:

- Develop, implement and manage 2-3 client’s social media strategy.
- Prepare a monthly content plan based on a campaign calendar for the Australia market, including but not limited to clients in FMCG and e-Commerce.
- English and Mandarin Content creation for social media channels (e.g. IG, FB, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WeChat, EDM, Newsletter, etc) based on the content plan.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts for 2-3 clients, regularly respond to any enquiries received on social media accounts.
- Develop and manage influencers campaign brief, source influencers through organic sourcing or tools such as StarNow, Vamp, Tribe and more.
- Working with the Design team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Proofreading all marketing collateral before sending to production.
- Collaborate with Client team, Strategy team, and Creative team, in providing a full market solution to our client across APAC region.
- Communicate with industry vendors and influencers to create a strong network and build our database.
- Keeping up with the latest industry news and technologies that are related to the job.
- Contribute to the company’s ongoing blog writing & content writing needs.

**About You**
- Experience and passion for social media management.
- Strong English and Mandarin copywriting and copy-editing skills, and relevant marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in marketing technology and relevant tools such as WordPress, Meta Business Suite, XiaoHongShu Business, TikTok For Business, MailChimp, Canva, ChatGPT and more.
- Proficiency in major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, XiaoHongShu, etc.
- Great understanding of social media KPIs and reporting dashboard.
- Top-notch oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Interested and passionate in exploring the Asia market landscape for FMCG brands.
- Happy to work in a multicultural team.
