**After-Sales Support**: Address inquiries from agents and customers, manage forms, partner invoices, commissions, and operational matters.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Handle claims and nomination requests while ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Maintain organized records, handle correspondence, and support office management tasks.
- **Data & Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance, develop dashboards, monitor trends, and provide reports to drive business improvements.
- **Compliance & Collaboration**: Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and coordinate workflows with operational and new business teams.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
